About the Owners
We are construction experts with over 15 years of experience in residential construction and commercial remodeling. Gerald holds a Master's Degree in Business and possesses certifications in Lean and Green Belt Six Sigma, along with over 23 years of direct construction expertise. Having recently relocated to the Austin area, he and his wife are dedicated to putting smiles on their clients' faces by transforming homes one design at a time.
As for his wife Michelle, she posses a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and served her community in general and special education for over 14 years. She passionate about education and has influenced the organization to enhance client's relations through setting clear and concise expectations in areas of process management. She is a true asset to the structure of the company!

We understand that when a client is positioning themselves to potentially spend thousands of their hard-earned dollars, the last thing they want or expect is to lose contact with their contracting company. In light of this, we have developed our "start-till-finished" process model. Once we begin your project and your timeline commences, we ensure that your project will proceed straight through to completion. However, please be mindful that we are closed on Sundays because our team deserves at least one day off.
Understanding the Process
MEET AND GREET
- Set up your FREE consultation for your commercial remodeling project.
- Define the scope of the project and outline all requirements to ensure clarity.
- Select all materials to be purchased, leveraging our construction expertise.
- Review the 3D project plan and estimate tailored to your needs.
- Approve the 3D project plan and estimate before moving forward.
- Schedule the project start date that works for you.
- Pay for all related materials (i.e. cabinets, fireplaces, TVs, etc.).
- Determine material shipping location(s) (i.e. direct ship or office housed until start date).
PLANNING AND PERMITTING (when applicable)
- Present plans to the respective city building authority to comply with regulations.
- Pay all related fees and retain the necessary permits.
- Coordinate finalized start date with the customer and post-permit approval.
START DATE
- Begin demo and site preparation for your residential construction project.
- Materials delivery will be scheduled to coincide with the project timeline.
- Start installation of project requirements according to specifications outlined in the proposal.
- Manage change orders when applicable to accommodate any adjustments.
- Conduct project inspections when necessary to ensure compliance.
- Finalize the project and review all aspects with the client.
- Project completion and turnover back to the client marks the successful end of your commercial remodeling endeavor.
